Redemption terms and conditions

• Customers must spend in electronic payment on the same day (Credit Card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay), with an eligible transaction are entitled, and present the original and electronic copy of the invoice for the valid electronic payment on the same day and match the original electronic payment customer payment transaction stub to the designated location for redemption
• Each daily valid electronic machine-printed invoice must clearly state the amount of the purchase, the name of the store, the store address, the transaction date and the invoice number
• The amount, store name and date of each valid electronic machine-printed invoice and electronic payment customer transaction stub must be the same
• Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption, that is, the net amount paid after deducting discounts, service charges, promotion coupons, cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, points, credit card rebates, or any form of rewards or rebates. For instalment payments, the amount of the first instalment paid rather than the total transaction amount will be counted towards Point redemption. Deposit and balance payments will be counted according to the transaction amount paid as stated on the respective merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt.
• Only original machine-printed receipt issued by merchants in the Arcade and the Annex of Cyberport is accepted for the redemption. Damaged, handwritten, photocopies, re-printed, Octopus added value and ATM bill payment receipt will not be accepted.
• Spending in banking services and currency exchange, purchases of any cash/gift vouchers, cash/gift cards, value-adding receipts from any merchants and receipts issued by event organizers, vendors or exhibitors, any receipts issued from designated pop up store or booth in short-term basis will not be accepted.
• The staff has the right to request the customer to show relevant (Credit Card, EPS, Octopus Card, UnionPay Card) for auditing purposes. Customers must not object, otherwise, they will automatically give up.
• Each or every group of valid electronic machine-printed invoices and matching original electronic payment customer transaction stubs can only participate in one of the promotion activities in the venue. (except for parking offers)
• If holding more than one valid business electronic machine invoice and the corresponding original electronic payment customer transaction stub, you must re-queue the waiting list to show fairness
• All premiums cannot be exchanged, returned, or reimbursed with cash.
• Any loss or damage suffered after the premiums are collected by the customer will not be replaced or reimbursed.
• Redemption on a first-come-first-served basis, while quotas last.
• Customers must agree to the redemption method and rules, otherwise, they will abstain from voting
• Events are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice
• The Arcade reserves the right to make the final decision to amend the relevant rules. In case of any dispute, The Arcade will reserve the final decision.
