Terms & Conditions

  1. Car Park 1/ 2 and 3 provide a 15-minute free parking offer, each vehicle can enjoy this offer once per day.
  2. Customers with same-day designated spending using electronic payment (Credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, UnionPay App, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Payme, BoC Pay, TNG Wallet, O! ePay, PayPal, Alipay HK, Tap and Go and WeChat Pay or any other mobile payment apps or other stored value facilities under the supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584)) together with payment slip or (issued by merchants of the shops (retail shops or restaurants) in Cyberport will be accepted.
  3. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption, that is, the net amount paid after deducting discounts, service charges, promotion coupons, cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, points, credit card rebates, or any form of rewards or rebates. For instalment payments, the amount of the first instalment paid rather than the total transaction amount will be counted towards Point redemption. Deposit and balance payments will be counted according to the transaction amount paid as stated on the respective merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt.
  4. Same-day valid and original electronic payment receipt issued by merchants of the shops (retail shops or restaurants) in Cyberport is accepted for redeeming the complimentary parking. Damaged, hand written, re-printed receipt, Octopus added value and ATM bill payment receipt and receipt copies will not be accepted.
  5. Customers are required to pay remaining normal parking fee for parking hours that exceeds the complimentary parking hours at Tollgates when leaving.
  6. Redemption for the complimentary parking offer must be made during the visit to Cyberport by presenting the corresponding Octopus cards or Credit cards at the designated Customer Service Counter at the Main Entrance, Level 1, Arcade@Cyberport (Operating hours: 10am – 10 pm), or at lift lobby, Level 1, The Annex (Operating hours: 8am – 9pm) before leaving the car park.
  7. Spending in banking services and currency exchange, purchases of any cash/gift vouchers, cash/gift cards and value-adding receipts from any merchants are NOT eligible (Except for the consumption of merchants’ membership credit amount)
  8. Receipts issued by event organizers, vendors or exhibitors are NOT eligible.
  9. Vehicles using credit card as payment method should depart within 15 minutes after payment or redemption whichever is earlier.
  10. Cyberport Facilities Management Office reserves the rights to terminate or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Cyberport Facilities Management Office shall be final.

  1. Contactless Parking Experience and complimentary parking offer is applicable at Car Park 1&2 and Car Park 3 at Cyberport.
  2. Members are required to use E-payments Function or Instant Rebate Parking Offer with same day merchant receipts in the app to settle any parking fees before exiting the car parks. If Contactless Parking Experience is suspended due to technical issue, Members are required to settle the payment at Tollgates when leaving.
  3. Complimentary Parking offer can be redeemed ONCE PER ENTRY. It cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred once redeemed.
  4.   9. Members are required to exit the car park within the redeemed free parking period. If Members fail to exit the car park within the redeemed free parking period, an outstanding fee will be applied based on the hourly rate of the car park.
  10. Once payment / redemption is settled through in-App, Members are required to exit the car park within a grace period of 15 minutes. If Members fail to exit the car park within the grace period, an outstanding fee will be applied based on the hourly rate of the car park.
  11. Parking fee is charged hourly, any period of time in less than an hour is considered as full hour. The default parking time is 1 hour. Parking fee is counted upon entry time.
  12. By using Contactless Parking Experience, the members expressly agree and grant the right to Cyberport to pass one’s member ID, vehicle plate number and credit card number to including but not limited to third-party parking system operators, in accordance with the privacy policy statement of Cyberport.
  13. Cyberport Facilities Management Office will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to malfunction of the Contactless Parking Experience.
  14. Cyberport Facilities Management Office reserves the rights to terminate or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Cyberport Facilities Management Office shall be final.
