Umami
Umami, a Japanese Izakaya presenting traditional favourites, with jet-fresh seafood imported worldwide, including, donburi, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki and Wagyu prime cuts, paired with Japanese tea, intriguing draft beers, fine Japanese whiskey and premium sake. The restaurant also has two sake sommeliers and a pet-friendly outdoor Japanese garden. Other highlights include Omakase and tasting menus, weekend set lunch menu, and a semi-private room for up to 10 guests where they can try the restaurant signature dishes which include the Grilled Kagoshima Wagyu with Teriyaki Sauce and Premium Sashimi Platter.
